The best nutrients for me

Felt a difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Centrum Nutrient Replenish is a solid and convenient multivitamin, especially for those on GLP-1 medications or low-calorie diets, as it helps fill common nutrient gaps with a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals. The pills are rather small so I did appreciate that because sometimes I have a hard time swelling pills. They also had a pleasant taste so I wasn’t grossed out when taking them! I removed one star because the tablets are bright purple, which indicates the use of added colorants. While Centrum does not always publicly list full inactive ingredients on retailer sites, the brand has historically used synthetic dyes and other non-nutritive inactive ingredients in many of its tablet formulas. This doesn’t affect the product’s effectiveness, but I personally prefer supplements with fewer artificial additives and cleaner, dye-free labels.

Smells funny but no strange aftertaste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like many multivitamins this has a slightly off putting smell, however it doesn’t have a bad aftertaste and hasn’t caused any issues with digestion or my stomach. For me this works best taking this with a small amount of food or shortly after having eaten otherwise my stomach gets very noisy. I have noticed with my recent labs that my vitamin levels have evened out and I’m feeling a little better overall. With this having 180 tablets the price is great for a three month supply and it’s easy to open so if you struggle with bottles this is a great choice.

Had some bad side effects
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't take a GLP-1 but I take metformin. I didn't love this vitamins, I noticed some bad side effects. I don't like the fact that there is a very, very high amount of vitamin Bs. I sometimes feel that it can contribute to my anxiety. I took for about a week and noticed some bad digestive side effects, I can't seem to 100% link it to this, but it seemed to coincide to taking these vitamins. Pills are not too big and fairly easy to take.
