A: Hello, Centrum Silver for Men 50+ Multivitamins are available for sale in two different marketing channels with different formulations: the club formula, and the regular formula which is available outside of the club channel. The regular Centrum Silver for Men 50+ tablets contain gelatin. However, the club formula may or may not contain gelatin.

A: Hi Aziz. Vitamins and minerals are considered as micronutrients and do not contribute to caloric intake. Only macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats, proteins) contribute calories to the diet. Therefore, Centrum Silver for Men 50+ Multivitamins do not impact body weight when used as directed.

It has pretty much all of the supplements I look for in a daily vitamin. I was surprised that there was no iron, as most supplements I've historically taken have included it. Other than that, I think it's pretty comparable and suits my needs. Easy to take, once a day dosing. It does help to take it with food, as I sometimes do get a quick flash of nausea when I take vitamins on an empty stomach. Definitely would recommend this product.

The tablets are quite large so they had to be cut in half to swallow and they do have a medicinal taste. It is nice though to get the vitamins needed in one dose.
