A: Hi Eve! Yes, you can wash this in the washing machine! We recommend turning the shower cap inside out and machine wash on a gentle cycle. Do not place in the dryer. Hang dry only. Hope this helps!

Horrible mildew smell
I have been using this shower cap for a couple months as I’m trying to train my thin hair to wash only every other day. I wash the cap weekly. I packed it for a weekend trip and when I opened the suitcase, the smell was horrible! I washed it and it was fine, but I have noticed that it smells horrible the day after I use it (I only use 3 times a week and it hangs up to dry.) I am so embarrassed to think that I have been using it and probably making my hair smell like a mildewed towel and didn’t realize it! This is going into the trash and I’ll keep looking for a non smelly hair cap!

Stinks
I use this between washes and it never quite dries before the next shower -- thus making it stink. I have washed it and tried numerous times to dry it effectively but it's just kinda trash. Don't buy -- the lining is fabric!
