Charging problem in otherwise good vacuum

Good design, worked well during its brief use. The problem was charging. The "charging" indicator never switched to "charged". Tried various small 5v chargers to high output USB laptop chargers, also tried various charging cables, all with many hours on the chargers. The Buff website has no contact info or way to exchange if defective. Rather than risk overcharging and a potential fire, I returned the vacuum at the local Target.
