They sent me the wrong item. I didn’t order what they sent me. They sent me something else and I’m so mad because I waited for so long and I finally got it and it was the wrong thing. I don’t know what’s wrong with this company or whatever who got my order that they screwed up I’m so just upset.

It’s the perfect size for single serving. The glass and stainless steel are quality but one of the most important components is flimsy. The wire mesh that helps keep the grounds from entering the coffee began to unravel pretty quickly. Within the first month of use it was poking out and after 4 months it’s halfway unraveled. I’ve only handwashed it and do not use it daily. It’s unfortunate it did not last.

Great quality oveall, compared to others. The 2 cup for a very strong cup of coffee, not the washed out coffee size. One star down is because the plunger (as shown) DOESN'T go all the way down to Press. I wished it did, for coffee. I like 1 TB of coffee and it will need like 2 or 3 if I wanted to Press all the way. Why then it's called press:) For tea leaves it is good, but wished it said it never goes all the way down to Press. Comes apart to clean. Feels sturdy. Fills 2 cups of water but it will overflow if I did.
