Working very well on induction

Thick bottom

The inside of the pan is marked with measurement indicators for easy use. The bottom of the pan is impressively thick. This unique belly shape allows for better movement of liquids and heat distribution, making a noticeable difference in cooking results.

beautiful with great features but seems lightweight and had issues after 1 use

been looking for skillet with lid about 10 inches. liked the vent hole on glass lid. liked the depth and measurement marks. seemed lightweight for something this size. but then if it does the job, that's ok. 1st and only use to steam food about 1 hour. poured out water. there were 2 tiny rust spots when i was about to wash it.

I use it a lot

A good price for good quality stainless steel. Big enough to sauté lots of vegetables at a time, and tall enough to keep the oil from splattering all over. Heats evenly, no burn spots - so good for long-simmering soups, etc.. Inside discolors a bit after using, but outside stays shiny. My pots hang, so that's nice. If anything sticks, a soak in hot water helps it clean off easily.
