To pair your Beboncool Switch controller, go to Controllers > Change Grip/Order on your Switch home screen, then press and hold the Y + Home buttons (or the dedicated Sync button if present, near USB-C port) on the controller until the lights flash, initiating pairing; you might need a USB-C cable for the very first connection if wireless fails, but generally, the on-screen prompts guide you to press buttons to connect, then press 'A' to confirm.
