I’ve had for 6 months now, works great on bread dough, frosting, cake mixes and cookie dough. Scrapes much better than the kitchen aid brand one I use to have !

Broke on the second use. Plastic cannot handle heavy mixes.

Made of plastic. Cracked on first use mixing a light consistency cookie dough. Had a prior beaterblade that had lasted for years.

I like that the main paddle piece is made out of plastic vs the metal one that came with my stand mixer. However, the gray rubber piece is now peeling a clear coating after one use in my stand mixer. If I continue to use it I will have small plastic pieces rubbing off into my food with every use. I would not recommend purchasing this product until that is resolved by the manufacturer.

Not Real KitchenAid! I almost ordered this thinking it was real Kitchen Aid brand. Careful review of comments helped me realize it is off-brand (and plastic). I was almost deceived!

Just got this in the mail for a Mother’s Day gift. Will be returning and getting an actual kitchen aid attachment instead. I didn’t realize it’s plastic and it’s bent on one side.

I just used it to make a batch of cookies and the blade is already peeling. Definitely returning this should not happen after 1 use.

The upside is that it did scrape the sides better. I made cookie dough, didn't scrape clean. The downside is, it is plastic and over priced.

Great attachment for my KitcheAid mixer. Works well.

I purchased this for my KA mini and used it for the first time last night. It worked great and there was no need to stop the mixer, remove the spout/pour pieces and scrape the bowl. Hopefully the plastic will hold up well, not fond of that but like that it has scraping edges all the way around for a clean even effect. I am VERY HAPPY with this product!!!

I returned this without using. Didn't realize it was all plastic.

The standard beater blade that comes with the machine sometimes leaves “stuff” on the side of the bowl. This unit does the normal beating, but then acts as a spatula and cleans the bowl as it works.

I gave this one as a gift to my niece for all the things she does for me. I do not know if she has used it yet but she did love it when I gave it to her.

This is a nice blade that does a pretty good job scraping the sides of the bowl. The only issue with it is that it is plastic and the plastic eventually breaks. I've had mine for 4 years and it broke a few months ago; the plastic cracked across one of the 2 center arms so it no longer works. While it gave me quite a good amount of use, I will be replacing it with the KA brand that has the scraper on one side for about the same cost. It's made of metal like their other attachments so hopefully it will hold up a lot longer. Most of my KA attachments have been around since the 1970s!

I just bought my mixer and already knew other folks had told me they had this blade. I see why, because works great. I didn't have to scrape down the sides like with their older style. I also like that you can adjust it to fit your bowl with the screw on the top. I do wish they weren't made of plastic though. Seems expensive as well. I got mine for half price! When and if the time comes, I certainly will replace it if need be.
