Very real appearance but some empty areas visible
This tree has a very real appearance. Most of the branches look real, with a very small amount being the less-real type meant to give the tree a fuller appearance. I really like this tree. My only complaint is there are still empty areas where you can clearly see through into the tree's core.

I love the authenticity of the needles and the tree itself is beautiful. I do very much wish it had more lights or at least an option for more lights. The tree is very dim.

Happy with it
It's not quite as full as the display tree online, even with lots of fluffing. The light green color makes green string lights wire stand out more than I'd like. About 7-10 tips came off as I was fluffing the tree. Overall I'm pleased with the look and like the tree, but those were some of my problems with it.

Most beautiful tree
This tree is truly beautiful. I was very worried about purchasing a smaller narrow tree, however this tree did not disappoint. It is very full and does not have the typical narrow look, it is still shaped like the larger trees. I really love the fact I can choose incandescent lights, I just prefer them. The only thing I would like different is the option to have clear and colored incandescent lights on this tree, and a remote would be great. Still my favorite tree!

Stratford Spruce Narrow - Perfect for our Space!
Although we live in a large home, the gorgeous 7.5' Stratford Spruce Narrow fit perfectly in our window corner - it is fully decorated and magnificent. The set-up and lights by Balsam were perfection. I cannot imagine purchasing a more perfect tree. Thank you Balsam Hill!!!

Not the quality I expected at this price.
The tree has had a very large number of tips break off when assembling and decorating the tree. If this continues every year the tree won’t last long.

Perfect size for my home, lightweight, easy to assemble and fluff. Beautiful when decorated.
Somewhat disappointed as the tree (Stratford Spruce) is not as full as pictured on the website and the lights are not placed evenly so there are blank areas. I would have returned but it was too late as I wanted it for this Christmas. I specifically purchased Balsam Hill for quality and paid considerably more than other similar trees but don’t feel it was worth it. Maybe my tree is just an exception to Balsam Hill standards.

Looks terribly fake.
The tree fluffs easy but there is no hiding the terribly fake “true” or “real” or whatever they call their most expensive option that looks like it is made of Tupperware plastic/rubber. If this tree was in a big box store you wouldn’t even notice it unless it was in shock of how fake it looks

Mixed review
This tree is good for small spaces. However, it is not good for vintage ornaments. I have a lot of glass ornaments and the branches are weak. If you place the tree against a wall you probably wouldn't notice the gaps but with it by a window, gaps show. I attempted to fluff it to fill it in. My biggest concern is the branches not holding ornaments well. 450 lights are well spaced and light up the tree well.

It’s Just OK
Not crazy about this tree. It still has gaps after hours of fluffing. Not nearly as full as the website depicts. Not worth the money.

Lovely tree - easy setup
This is a lovely tree. It came in three pieces that snapped together. The two different color light strands worked instantly -- no messing with connecting wires. The tree is light weight and easy to carry upstairs.

Great tree
The tree looks so natural, easy to assemble. It just takes a little patience to spread out the branches, which works out quite beautifully as they are adjustable.
