Balsam Hill 6.5' Color Clear LED Colorado Mountain Spruce Tree

I'm pleased with the look of the tree once it's up and decorated. It wasn't my first choice, but the one my husband and I liked best didn't come in a size small enough for our space.cat

This is a Beautiful, albeit heavy, tree. Getting it in off the porch at 113 pounds was quite a feat for myself. I didn’t realize that I could have colored, clear, or both lights. I had that on another tree and I love that feature. It took a bit of effort to get it fluffed the first time, and I am hoping that that goes easier in the future. I’m still on the fence about the flip nature of the tree, but perhaps next season will tell. The storage bag that came with is heavy duty. I do like that the tree stand is on casters and I can roll or rotate the tree as desired. It really is a beautiful tree and I am sure we are going to have many, many years of enjoyment out of it.

A section of lights not working, right out of the new box. Also the off-gassing/smell is very strong, even after leaving it in my garage to air-out for 5 days. Given the high cost of this tree, it's frustrating and a shame.

We bought our Colorado spruce Christmas tree for next year so we only took it out and put it together to make sure everything was functioning properly. I am sure it’s going to be spectacular when we set it up next year. My only con to the whole process is that the woman in the video Makes it look like you can practically flip the tree with two fingers and she lifts the top up by herself. We ordered a 9 foot tree. The top is very heavy. My husband and I both were unable to lift the top onto the bottom. Finally, we determine that if we stepped on the paddle and tilted it, we could then get the top onto the bottom and it did light up and work properly so I just feel as though the video was a little bit misleading in how easy it is to attach the top to the bottom. Perhaps if you were to mention how heavy the top piece is specifically separate from the bottom it would help people in their decision-making. I wanted the 7 1/2 foot tree which I’m sure we would easily have been able to work with, but my husband insisted on the 9 foot tree so we did have trouble lifting the top onto the bottom. Already I can’t wait for next Christmas when we will be using it. We already had our old tree up for this year.

The tree was delivered promptly and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. It’s a beautiful tree, extremely lifelike, and the multiple light options with a remote control device was a nice touch.

The tree is beautiful! Full and realistic looking. Wish it had a few more lights but so happy with the purchase so far. Hope it lasts!

This tree is beautiful, but when they say fluff, they mean fluff. Go into assembling this tree with the thought that it will take hours, and you're going to want to spread it out over a few days. It will be worth it in the end. And rule of thumb, if you haven't touched every single branch on the tree as part of your fluffing adventure, you need to fluff more.

So far I love it - opened to see if I could flip it. Had a hard time clipping it back into place.

Purchased after Christmas. Love the color lights feature that has blue, green, red, yellow and white! The dimmer feature is amazing. Tree needle color and branch color variation is perfect. Easy to assemble and disassemble. So excited to decorate it for the Christmas season.

After studying the samples in the 25 sample box we decided on the Colorado Mountain Spruce. It's a beautiful tree, very life-like. Looking forward to Christmas 2025 to show it off to family and friends!

This is a high quality, well constructed,, absolutely beautiful item. It arrives in very sturdy packaging with each box numbered in the sequence it is to be opened in. As you erect it, it is apparent that it is clearly realistic and will impress anyone who sees it. m now for the downside. It is heavy. It is very heavy. It comes in eight (8) sections that stack one on top of the other. I got to section 6 without any big problems, but once you hit section seven, plan on getting a helper with a second ladder, because unless you have muscles coming out of your ears, there is no way you will get section 7 (and DEFINITELY section 8) into place. They are just to heavy for one person to stand on a ladder and reach out 2-3 feet to align the trunk sections. I called Balsam Hill ro see if it could be laid on its side and assembled and the answer was n"no" for fear the trunk might bend. More bad news. Getting this thing back in the boxes for return is a major job because since you have been "fluffing" it, the branches are difficult to compress. Trust me - you'll need two people to repack also. If you are OK with two people having to put it up every year, it really is magnificent and I recommend it. Otherwise, go with a 10' tree - much smaller and lighter. We went with a 10' flip. End of the day, i recommend Balsam Hill trees.

We didn't expect to get this tree in time for Christmas, but it came a few days before. Balsam Hill trees are so beautiful, especially those with the color and clear light combo. We will enjoy this tree for many years to come.

We love Balsam Hill Christmas Trees. We had one years ago, and decided with your new lighting technology along with using LEDS it was time to prurchas another. Also a taller wider one. As expected we love our tree and can't wait to place it in our living room once again at Christmas. Wonderfull workmanship and high quality tree... Anyone will love it...

When I purchased this tree with dual clear and colored lights, I assumed there would be an option where the lights would blink and alternate from color to white and back to color. But, I've found that's not an option. In fact, the lights don't even blink. Given the price of this tree, I'm really disappointed. My prior tree cost a fraction of what this one did and had blinking alternating lights, plus a rotating stand (and, it lasted over 10 years!). For what is supposed to be a top of the line tree, it has bottom of the line features.

Bought the tree on 12-23-24, called on 12-29 abt getting storage cover for my 6.5ft tree using EXTRAMERRY DISCOUNT. Was told they will send me storage cover for my tree (upright cover) for free. I called again several days later spoke to Edward. He said I should get it by Sat. Today is Monday, still no cover? I haven't set the tree up yet. Waiting for the cover so I can set it up and put the cover on and stored it in my spare room. I hope the cover will come in soon, so I can rate how I like the tree. Please send me this question again, so I can rate it. ??

So many choices of all beautiful trees. I would like to have a flip tree that was a wide tree but am very pleased with the beauty and natural look. This is my first artificial tree and I would recommend to family and friends.

It arrived so fast! Easy to set up and the gloves are a bonus! It's the most beautiful tree I've ever purchased. Will tell everyone where to get their next tree.

The tree is easy to set up and looks very realistic. Because it's a flip tree it is very heavy (152 pounds for the 9 ft).I do think for bigger tree it will take 2 people to set up/tear down. You can adjust the brightness of the lights to preference. The 2 cons are that there is no plug at the top for a tree topper so I still have to run an extension down the tree. Also there are filler branches that are made of a more classic material. They feel like a much cheaper material and I have concerns that those branches won't last as well. They are hidden so the branches you see are of a good quality.
