A: you plug it into a power outlet on your wall in your house
A: I set it up today and I can't seem to find a plug for a topper. Pretty disappointing oversight.
A: No you cannot plug in a tree topper to top sections because the outlets on the tree are completely different. Very disappointing.
A: I bought this tree a few years ago. The cords are long enough that I am able to plug my tree topper into the middle section and then the top section into my tree topper. It just depends on if your tree topper has the type of plug that allows additional lights to be plugged into it.

A: I had this problem when I first put it together - to fix it, all you have to do is unplug the section and flip the prongs the other way when plugging in. It doesn’t look like the prongs should be any different but apparently they go a certain way when plugging in!
A: I just purchased for my kids and same thing. I unplugged too part of tree from 2nd section and turned plug around and plugged back in and that worked!!!!
A: I had this issue as well. There is a flat side to the connector chords. Make sure when inserting the chords together the flat sides match. That fixed mine
A: This happened to me. You have to unplug the section and flip the plug. That got it to work for me!
A: I cannot find this button either. I’m looking at the plug, I’m following the line, I see nothing at the base. There is no box with a button. It’s current set on LED white light and not WARM light and I need it to be warm
A: There is a small box on the cord that you plug in. The button id on that box.
