Balsam Hill Pre-Lit BH Norway Spruce Artificial Christmas Tree

Loved the ease of putting together; lights are beautiful - both clear and color. Branches are nice and sturdy for heavier ornaments and the needles really look real-life. I didn't have to do much 'fluffing' - it looked perfect. The one thing to know on this norway spruce (6.5') is that it does not have a dedicated branch or socket for the top ornament or lighted topper. I had to bend one of the branches up (and it is a little wobbly and too long) for a glass topper.

I have never purchased a Balsam Hill tree, but decided to look for one for our new home with high ceilings. I wanted a tree to fit in a space next to our fireplace. I loved the 10 ft. height & 5.5 ft width, of the narrow Norway Spruce. This tree is absolutely gorgeous. The lights are superior and the tree branches look like a live tree. To top it off, it was easy to assemble and was instantly ready to decorate. Super easy. I am so happy with this purchase and highly recommend this Norway Spruce if you want perfect Christmas tree in your home.

The Balsam most realistic trees are beautiful! This is our third tree that we’ve purchased and it is bringing us much joy!

Purchased the 9’ Norway Spruce to replace our Silverado Slim that we owned and loved for 10+years. The Norway Spruce is beautiful and holds ornaments even better. Actually has stronger branches and spaced better. Similar to our previous tree it is very realistic, was easy to assemble, and appears it will be durable. Love it!

Disappointed with the lack of fullness to between branches. Told to “fluff”.

We received our new Norway spruce Christmas tree and am truly delighted with the realistic look, the size, the packaging, and the ease of assembly. I decorated with the Balsam Hill ornament collection and a few poinsettias which gave the tree a professional look. It is the perfect tree for a minimal space. Exactly what I wanted!

Love our tree looks so real didn’t have to do much to the branches would have liked more lights but it is fine for this year can’t wait to decorate it so glad we chose this one

This is a gorgeous tree that fits beautifully in the space. Even better it came with great instructions and lots of replacement parts - even gloves! Love it!

The tree is beautiful. It looks so real and light enough that a 74 year old woman can pick it up. It takes a bit of fluffing but really worth it. I received it a week ago and my neighbors are very surprised how pretty it is. I would recommend this Christmas Tree.

Checked out 4 others before clicked with this one. Very close to our real one from last year. Artificial tree from now on.

Slightly smaller than expected measured on the floor before purchasing when we got it we put it together and it's definitely smaller by a few inches but still a nice tree

I had purchased a Christmas tree just after Christmas (2023). My grandson and I finally got the tree set-up to check out everything, that all was in working order. We both were blown away by the detail of secured packaging and details of the product! The tree is absolutely gorgeous!!! Both my grandson and I are so excited for 2024 Christmas and putting up the tree again. Thank you for the detail and quality your company provides!

I returned the tree. Even after trying to shape the tree, you could see thru it. Didn't even come close to looking like the picture on the web site.

Wish we had done this earlier. We were replacing our very tall tree with something smaller so we could eliminate having to climb a ladder to decorate. We also bought the wheeled stand so we could roll it down the hall to store in a closet. We were wowed by how pretty and natural looking this tree was. It was also slim enough to fit into the space beautifully. The quality is amazing. The 'trunk' is brown textured so it looks much more realistic than a green or black metal pole. We couldn't be happier with the look and the quality. Oh and the way the tree is boxed and shipped, to the instruction booklets, along with the packaging inside...pure quality and class. Well done Balsam Hill! edit: the stand is also of excellent quality - very sturdy, not one of those cheap-wheeled flimsy stands. Easy to assemble and super easy to roll our new tree due thanks to high quality wheels and overall engineering.

The tree was easy to set up and the lights were gorgeous. Didn't need ornaments! But the overall fullness and size was not what I was looking for . For the money, I was looking for the wow effect and I did not get that. The return process was smooth and pick up by FedEx at my door.
