Great tree!
Great tree. Easy to put together. The lights are GREAT and extremely beautiful . I like that we can change settings, etc. Still a little expensive even on sale, but it will last for many years.

Stratford Spruce
Easy to put together. I spent about 45-60 minutes fluffing it and it looks great. Since I like changing the type of lights that we use, I bought an unlit tree. I’ve had lots of folks ask if it was real. Perfect for our new condo.

Not sure what the big deal with Balsam Hill is
All in all, is say Balsam Hill isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. While the tree looks full from a distance, up close it’s about the most fake looking tree I’ve seen. The 25 year old one from K-Mart (that dates it!) looked better. Plusses, the plug system is great. It’s easy to erect. It just doesn’t look as it should given the price and it doesn’t live up to its reputation. Overall disappointed.

Beautiful and natural looking tree
This is a good looking tree! I have always loved a real tree and was skeptical. It was easy/simple to install and I am very pleased with the look!! The design is such that inner branches and outer branches are different materials allowing for q more natural look but also allowing in er branches to more easily bend and fill in gaps. I'm very happy with the purchase!!

My tree is so pretty!
I wanted a slim tree with branches that weren’t too bushy. This is the perfect tree to hang ornaments without it looking over-crowded. I was nervous that I’d spent this much, but once I put it up, I was sold!

I just bought the tree this season. Though I like the way it looks, I find it difficult to put ornaments on it. The branches are thick & do not hold up with heavier ornaments.

Cluster
Today have only received half of the tree and no stand. It’s been two weeks and nothing. First time in my life I haven’t had my tree up by Thanksgiving. Kinda put a damper on the holidays. May need to go to Sam’s Club if they don’t figure out this cluster!!

Spruce space between levels of branches
I bought this tree as being most realistic, but I do not think it is. There is too much even space between the levels of branches, no matter how I bend them.

Crooked tree. We followed all directions and it just won’t stand up straight.Frustrating & expensive
