Q: I just put my tree up and the bottom section is not in sync with the top 2 sections. It will be color and the top is white. How do I fix this???? I was so excited for this tree and it is definitely a let down especially what I paid for it.

A: If the lights between two sections change from warm white to multi-color or vice versa, then one of the round electrical connections either at the top of section C or the bottom of section B was plugged in backwards. Look for the cord with the caution tag between those two sections, unplug it, rotate the connection 180 degrees (half turn) and reconnect it. A: Yes. The tre is very full according to the images. There are 5932 PE/PVC tips and 2500 lights. The deminsions of the tree are 59"W x 90"H. I just received mine and I haven't unpacked it yet.

The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because the twinkle function is soft and not jarring. The tree has many many holes that no amount of fluffing will fix. Then within 1 week, a section of lights went out.

OMG! If you want to perfect big family home Christmas tree? This is IT! It was so easy to assemble took tops 10 mins and not even 5 mins to dismantle it when we took it down. The stand is sturdy, although i did put 2 ankle weights flopped over the top for extra support for my crazy dogs. But the Christmas cheer was defintely in the room with us this year. The different light settings were so special this year. The lightshow mode is amazin it combines all modes in one. We got the taller tree bc we have 9ft ceilings Measure your tree topper, IF you are getting this 7.5' tree. My mom got a tree topper from Target but it was 14" high, so we used our original tree topper that was 7" high so we spared the ceiling with 3-4" Be careful with the eletrical setup not to force the 3 pieces of the tree together, everything is linked together. "If one goes out the whole thing goes out" Very careful. It's so cheery and bright this year, my parents are aganist fake trees but they were just in such awe of it. Also a great tree to take photos for family photos and pets! This tree is really something special for the holidays :)

Bought this tree on Black Friday and instantly realized that the bottom section of lights were significantly brighter than the top 2 sections. I called Phillips and they sent out a new bottom piece. That piece was the same - much brighter than the top 2. Called Phillips again, and they sent me the 2 top pieces. Still no difference. Not sure how noticeable it is if you’re not looking for it but it drives me crazy.

I loved this tree!!! Toss the box. Was keeping this tree. On Christmas Day my son noticed it started to flicker. So I shut the tree off for a little while turned it back on. It started to flicker again right off the bat. Shortly, after turning the tree back on the top section of the tree went out completely. Thankfully, I was within my 90 days and I was able to return it. Like I said, I truly loved this tree. It was so pretty.!! just really disappointed that it was up for not even 30 days before the top no longer worked. It’s one and only Christmas.

There is better out there
Love the solid colors (multi/solid white) , since they’re dimmable. The twinkle setting is very pretty but the tree is waaaay too bright and can’t be dimmed at all on this setting. One of the branches has already started to flicker for some reason which is ridiculous since I’ve only had the tree for 2 months. Unfortunately I tossed the tree box so I can’t return… so I just turned the tree so that branch is in the back. Wish I did some more research looking into trees, just got swept away in this sale price.

It looked beautiful at fist but within a week the lights on a couple branches in the middle of the tree became dim and would flicker. Two weeks later, they were completely out. I can't believe we spent that much money for a tree that lasted less than a month. The worst part was that the branches were out even before Christmas day!

Maybe buy the tree but not from Target
I’m sure the tee itself is nice but after order TWO and having both of them be not only already open but also broken I can’t say how the tree actually looks or functions when it’s on. The first one had CVS batteries in the remote and the part the connects all the lights to the plug was completely snapped in half. The return process was a nightmare, they wouldn’t take the first one back in store because they had to mail the new one which they had us order online while at the store so they could “override the price” because they couldn’t actually just exchange it according to the associate. Then we have to take the broken one to UPS to return it just to have the new one shipped and have it be actually in worse shape then the first. This one was clearly used and destroyed, it even had an ornament on it from the people who broke it. It came with zero remote, the box was trashed. If Target bothered to actually look at the item when it was returned it would have been very obvious it was used and missing pieces. -100/10 now it’s 1 week before Christmas and we don’t have a tree thanks a lot Target

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new tree! I love the amount of lights that are on it. The Glow and Glisten mode is out absolute favorite. It's very calming to sit and watch it glistening while sipping on a cup of tea. Worth every penny I spent to buy it. However, I did catch it during a Black Friday sale. Overall, tree is pretty and nice. The twinkling feature is nice. However, the lights do not go all the way to the back of the branches, so that looks odd. Secondly, there is a lot of gaps in the tree so you will need big decorations to fill those in. Finally, one branch does not light up. Tried reconnecting everything and it did not work.

Not worth it
It’s an okay tree, a little bare in spots but the lights are pretty IF you can get them to work. The remote doesn’t turn them on, there is a loose wire at the bottom and so every time you want to turn it on you have to cross your fingers, wiggle the wire around to get it just right so that *maybe* the lights will flicker on but even then they might not stay lit. There is no way to tighten this section of the tree. I am worried that when I get it out next year it may just not work altogether. It’s shouldn’t be this hard to get the lights to stay on. I will be returning because it’s not worth the hassle.
