Q: Was the formula changed? The tube I received was chunky, blue, and separated. It wouldn’t mix. I returned and was sent a new tube- this tube was also the same. I won’t be purchasing again. A waste of money for what used to be an amazing product.

submitted byTuria - 3 months agoA: It separates when it is too cold, if I get this shipped during the winter it does this. It actually says on the product do not expose the product to temperatures below 5°C or 41°F . So in colder months I just buy it at the store and it has been fine for me.

So creamy, perfect for winter. My dermatologist recommended it and I love it. I don’t need a neck cream and a chest cream and an under eye serum and all that stuff. I have extremely sensitive skin and I’m very sensitive to smell smells and this is perfect for me.

Appreciate the thickness… felt luxurious (thankfully didn’t have the watery issue many have reported). However, this has caused an acne like rash, in areas I have never had acne (upper cheeks), and I haven’t had acne in over 15 years! Bought this to be hydrating for aging skin. Does not seem non-comedogenic or for sensitive skin as I didn’t have acne or particular sensitive skin until using this.

If you purchase directly from the product manufacturer, their web site states product ships with protection to keep warm during transportation. Liquid not a cream - disappointed
I bought this for my daughter. She opened it tonight for Christmas Eve only to have a bluish liquid flow out; not cream. What a disappointment in this product. We shook and shook the tube to no avail. Sounded full of liquid. Has anyone else had this experience?

Barrier Repair and Laser/IPL Recovery
Works well as a barrier repair cream and I’ve used it multiple times to recover from laser and IPL. It’s thick and creates a nice occlusive barrier, definitely not something I would use in public and expect to look good. I feel it’s best used as a restorative solution, overnight is probably best.

Best I have found for my Roscea
Yes, Yes, Yes….this is a wonderful cream for sensitive skin. Most are complaining that the water and cream separate after shipment. BEST SOLUTION, just put the tube in a bowl of warm water for ten minutes, dry off tube and then massage the tube to recombine the the water and cream back together. It’s perfect ❤️

Very Disappointed
While my tube is not watery or clear like others reported, the product has made my hands drier than ever - to the point they are now ashy and flaking. I feel that this should never happen, regardless of the price point. I wish I could return this purchase.

Blue liquid
The first smaller tube I purchased was great. So I purchased the larger size, I could tell there was a lot of liquid sloshing around. I opened the tube and a bunch of blue liquid came out. Super disappointed bc I really like the cream. I hope they fix this issue. I can’t recommend it currently.
