Their products contain minimal harmful chemicals and preservatives. And more importantly their science backed methods assist in creating formulas best for chronic sensitive skin and allergy sufferers. I was thrilled to learn Influenster was gifting a complimentary tube of Cicaplast B5 Balm in exchange for my honest opinion. After applying the balm, my skin felt moisturized and protected from external pollutants and allergens. It soothed the irritation and halted what could have been a nasty flare up. Think of it as a barrier shield on the skin, like a glove or coat of armor. I will def continue using as well as recommending to others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fallen in love with the La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm B5 for Dry Skin Irritations. Durin the winter my hands get really dry. They are even worse during the holidays when I am cooking and washing my hands constantly. This balm did what no other lotion has ever done for my skin. It went on smooth and letf hand hands feeling nurished and smooth for hours. Even after washing my hands a few times, my skin felt great. A little goes a long way and thats ok by me because it will last longer. If you suffer from dry skin, I would definitely suggest this product.

Thick healing cream

The texture is thick and doesn’t blend out particularly easily and takes a long time to absorb but it soothes and covers irritated skin very well. I have mostly been using it at night as a result.

It noticeably helps calm redness and supports skin healing, and I love that it’s fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin. It works well after treatments or when using strong actives like retinoids. The only downside is that the texture is quite thick and can feel heavy, especially during the day or on oilier skin types. I prefer using it at night or only on areas that really need repair rather than all over the face.

Very protective and not sticky. You can use it anywhere on your body. I like to put it over my moisturizer to lock in hydration overnight. Washes off easily. I wish the tube was bigger though.

Severely dry skin

I used this Cicaplast balm B5+ twice on my leg and it completely cleared it up. If you have severely dry skin I would highly recommend trying this and I'm sure that you will love it too.
