Broke me out like crazy

Recommended this for sensitive skin. Broke me out within the first three days. I kept using the product to see if my skin just needed to acclimate, but it got worse and worse. Happy it works for some people, just a no-go for me.

lightweight and 100% fragrance free

I started using this cream while using Fluorouracil (a chemo cream from my dermatologist). I have super sensitive skin, rosacea, and hypersensitivity to smells. I needed a cream that would be ultra gentle and fragrance free. This cream is nothing short of a miracle. There is no smell and I experienced no irritation from it. It is more like a lotion, but is very moisturizing, dries quickly, and no greasy feel. I continue to use it daily, even after the chemo cream treatment, because I enjoy it so much. I highly recommend it for anyone that is looking for a lightweight, 100% fragrance free moisturizer.

Avéne Tolerance is amazing

My dermatologist recommended Avéne Tolerance for some issues I was having. It worked so well that I’ve continued to use it. I love how it feels on my skin. It’s a fantastic product.

Soothing relief, gentle and powerful for sensitive skin

Soothed my itchy, flaky, inflamed skin. Don't overdue it with moisturizing because this is a powerful moisturizer. So use as directed, for instance, if you use it for two weeks and feel like it's not enough or not doing enough then go to a dermatologist. I went to a dermatologist after my issue seemed prolonged, and they suggested I stop using this because it already did its work and I didn't need to continue. My issue resolved itself.

Great for sensitive skin

I apply after showering and it’s absorbed by the time my hair is dry. Great under my stick foundation. No pilling. The pump is weird but effective- 1 pump for face, 2does neck and ears as well. No fragrance, keeps eczema away!

Absolute Best for sensitive skin

This is the only face moisturizer that helps my skin when I am having any kind of irritation / inflammation. Recently I had very bad combination of acne and dermatitis - this was the only thing that I could use, and it always made my skin feel better and kept it moisturized. I use this on a regular basis now.

Gentle, Calming, and Absolutely Fabulous

This cream is truly a miracle. I’m very impressed with it. It’s incredibly gentle on my very sensitive skin—calming, replenishing, and leaving it looking beautiful. I’m so glad I found it. Nothing else worked for me, not even the most expensive brands, but this one is absolutely fabulous for sensitive skin.

Another French skincare tool

Great non fragrance gentle moisturizer. I have very mild rosacea ( two little patches on my cheeks. They flare up when I’m around allergens. Or in the sun w/ out protection. It’s a skincare line know to be gentle on sensitive skin. I bought this on sale but it’s still affordable compared to other luxury brands. I think it helps a bit with redness- I cover it with #50 sunscreen and a dab of tinted moisturizer. I’d buy it again.

Great redness blocker

I have had rosacea for years. This cream is a great help for that. It keeps me less red and hot. It goes on easily in the morning and lasts all day. It is a great way to help yourself and your skin.

Cream- ok! Packaging- not great.

Good cream but packaging needs ot be changed. Iam not able to use the entire cream because it got struck. And not able to open the lid. If i cut the cream it will be exposed to air. So i dont know what to so. I use thermal spring water and avene retinol which packagign is good, but this i dont know what to do and how to use the creame now

I'm blown away by this cream!

I can't get over how incredibly soft my skin is from this cream. I'm talking instant results! I've been struggling with dry skin for over 20 years and nothing has helped like this product. This is a must have! I'll forever use this as my moisturizer.

Expensive but works for super sensitive skin

My skin is frustratingly sensitive. I've used this Avène tolerance cream for 6 weeks and it never irritates rosacea skin like other "ultra gentle" moisturizers do (looking at you, Neutrogena). The price is high but at least it works perfectly. Target recently had it on sale for $29 instead of $39 -- hold out for that sale price. Light enough for those of us prone to perioral dermatitis, but moisturizes very well.
