I bought this supplement a month ago and after few days of using this product I can feel the benefits.

Didn't do anything extreme but sort of helped me dampen my anxiety by a bit not very effective

changed my stress and anxiety levels. I feel much more relaxed and motivated overall and sleep much better. This is something I wont go without.

I've been taking Ashwagandha for the past 2 weeks and I have to say it is amazing! I find that I no longer get so anxious and flustered like before. I used to stress about everything, but it keeps me leveled. I take 2 gummies with breakfast and they help me deal with the many annoying people I come in contact with daily. I still have a bit of road rage, but it's not as bad. I do notice a difference when I forget to take it. (I need a gummy for forgetfulness too!) also, I pee a bit more, but I'm not sure if that's because of the gummies. Just noticing.

Great product so far- feel like it really takes the edge off my anxiety. No side effects and the gummies are pretty easy to swallow. Gonna keep going!

Great. Does what it says it does ... just ordered my second bottle. Takes the edge off and brings a nice smooth calmness that helps the day and aids in gaining a much brighter general outlook.

Ive been taking this for two weeks. Ive gotten more and more high strung over the last several years and I wanted a non prescription helper, and a holistic friend recommended this. I just sat down with my 6 year old for nearly an hour and did spelling words with him while he screamed and cried and threw things. I didnt even raise my voice. I made him pick up his pencil and notebook and start over every time he scribbled instead of trying. This is a freaking miracle in my book. Last month it would have been a slaughter house and both of us would have been devastated. Tonight, it was rough but I completely kept my cool, and mission accomplished. My husband even said “thanks for being so positive” during the dinner time meltdown. Three thumbs up from me.

I don't know if it's me, but I felt a difference in two days. My mood improved a bit and the energy took a week to improve. It did bother my stomach the first two days but it got better.

Excellent product. Reduces anxiety and stress. Dont know how the artichoke helps though. Ashwagandha definitely helps to calm nerves ,stress and reduces anxiety

I've been taking 2 gummies and just moved to the capss. I think I like these better I've had a small, but noticeable improvement in my mood and been a bit more relaxed. I'm hoping that the effect will increase after a few more weeks of taking this product.

I absolutely love this product. I am able to tackle the days events with my anxiety under control. It puts you at ease without making you feel drowsy. It helps with my brain fog so I feel like I can make better decisions. Such a great product.. I am so happy to have found it.
