I have to disagree with the previous reviews about set up- the app easily guided me through the set up process and the tutorial videos were helpful. Overall I think this is easy to operate and my kids will love getting creative with this printer!

Junk!
I will echo the previous review! I bought this for my son, and he was only able to use it once. The app does not work and I can longer return because it’s “used.” So disappointing. Do not buy!!!!

Do not get this printer. The software side of this product is hot junk. The app is very glitchy. Please read the app reviews (X-Maker in the App Store) before purchasing this item. I've never been more disappointed in an item than this one.

Buyer BEWARE!
I ordered this AOSEED Joy 3D Printer through Target and was contacted via text message from an unverified phone number claiming to be the seller. I was told part of my order was out of stock and asked to reply with a number to choose how to proceed. I was also asked for my PayPal email for a partial refund - something I later learned violates Target’s own policies. After becoming concerned and asking if the message was legitimate, my order was cancelled without my consent. I later received a text stating from the seller stating they were legit and canceled the order and issued a refund. No communication occurred through Target’s platform prior to cancellation. When I contacted Target Customer Service, I was essentially told that because this was a Target Plus third-party vendor, there was “nothing they could do,” and I was advised to simply leave a review. This experience felt unsafe, unprofessional, and poorly handled. If Target allows third-party sellers to contact customers off-platform and cancel orders unilaterally, then Target should take responsibility when things go wrong. Beware buying from Target Plus.

Make toys by yourself
The fully enclosed body is safe, and children won't worry about accidentally touching it when operating. The rounded cnrners design also prevents bumps, achieving a balance between safety and innovation.
