There is one piece in the seat that I’m interested
The only thing in the set that I liked were two skillets. All the other hit pains had sloped sides, smaller the bottom of large at the top so therefore the handles got real hot because electric stove heat went up the sides and heated the handles. The same if you use it on a gas stove. . . I did give mine away and they find the same thing at their house hard to use.

Great pan
This is my first stainless steel pan. I’m switching over from coated nonstick and after getting the hang of the heat up process, I’m now really loving the pan. I even taught my husband how to use it and we make eggs on it just about everyday. It looks like it will be a very durable pan, heavy too.

Quite Good
Plusses: Very flat bottom. Strong heat transfer so I only use lower heat. Even heat. Attractive copper band. Solid construction. Wider bottom dimensions and high steep sides compared to similar pans. Minuses: Interior of pan dulled quickly. A glass lid would have been nice. Pan makes loud popping noises when heating up; this makes me concerned that the lamination will not stand the test of time.

Thick
This is a thick bottomed pan that takes a while to heat but maintains the temperature as well as my iron skillets. I like the shape of the lid with the drip line inside the skillet and the handles stay cool enough to touch.

Not as advertised
It took weeks to get this pan, and once I got it, the first time I used it (simply to brown some ground beef), EVERYTHING stuck to the pan. I couldn't even scrub the beef off. This was on medium heat just like all the other pans (I have 2 other Anolon pans). I think the non-stick coating wasn't applied. There is no way this is a non-stick pan. It's completely worthless in its current state. Something is wrong with the pan.

So far so good.
We bought some new pans to replace some tired ones. We had such satisfaction with our older Analon pans that it was a no brainer to do with this company again. Really a terrific product at a reasonable price.

Disgusting pots
I used those pots once only and it has sticky food residue that wouldn't come off, the food sticks and they are so heavy!
