Missing Protection Plan
I purchase a meta quest virtual headset and purchased the protection for it. It’s been 2 weeks and the email for the protection plan hasn’t arrived. I’ve called 2 times with no resolution to the missing protection plan. I rating this as a one star because the company handling this is completely useless.

Waste of money
Completely useless. Bought an ice maker and protection plan. Pump stopped working on the ice maker after seven months. Contacted Allstate to use this plan I paid for, only to be told the item “should”still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and they won’t do anything. If I can only use the manufacturer’s warranty, what even is the point of paying for this protection plan? Complete ripoff and waste of money. I’ll never purchase one of these plans again.

Mistaken purchase
The item I bought came with a 5 year warrantee already and the fine print on the square deal protection plan said it was inclusive of warranty on item, so I am cancelling the sqare deal item. I also dont see why a vacuum cleaner requires An electronics warranty as it doesn’t contain any electroniics

Found out after purchase Squaretrade coverage is concurrent with the manufacturers warranty. In my case the manufacturer’s warranty is 2 years and the Target Squaretrade is 2 years which means I essentially paid extra for nothing. Target provided a refund for the Squaretrade warranty when I asked.

Well worth the money
The only reason I don't give it a 5 is it will not vacuum over a thick long shag rug but for the money it is a great little worker!!!
