ZWILLING 4-Stage Pull Through Knife Sharpener

Tried it on 2 of my Zwilling Knives and it wrecked both of them. I tried the Japanese side on my 5.5" Zwilling Santoku, and it chipped the edge really bad. I thought maybe it was a fluke or I did something wrong, or maybe the Japanese side was defective. So I tried the standard side on my 4" pairing knife... same problem, took a bunch of little chips out of the blade. I'm super disappointed with the product, and I'm really upset it damaged 2 of my knives instead of improving them. I'll add some images when I get home later.

This serrated knife will be perfect for a variety of cutting needs like bread or tomatoes. I have another bread knife I use for large loaves but wanted a smaller one for baguettes, bagels & tomatoes. This knife cuts through breads like they were butter. Very impressed with the series

The first try at scissors I've had for awhile needed sharpen. This 5-in-1 is what I was looking for! Can't wait to sharpen my knives

I sharpened both zwilling knives and cheap kitchenaid knives back to slicing thru sheets of paper easily. It took all of 2 minutes to sharpen did not require any complicated soaking or technique like a traditional stone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good built quality, but has some issue. I have Henkels santoku knife suddenly dulled. Use the asian setting with 100 or 200 stroke to get the blade sharpern, not 20 times. Is the angle of sharpener set angle different from the original knife?
