The Chef'sChoice G436 Three-Stage Manual Sharpener is the ideal solution for improved cutting performance on 20-degree class knives. Using ceramic rods, the final stage delivers a polished knife edge. Precision angle control ensures accurate sharpening throughout the entire blade length. No more dull knives

This device really gets my knives sharp! I have a set of knives that my mother had since I was a kid and they were extremely dull. This product for sure had those knives feeling like I just bought them!

Very Pleased

I needed a new sharpener right before Thanksgiving and Target had this one on sale. I used it for a couple of different knives during meal prep. I'm please with the quality and the job it did. There is a little bit of practice to using it to get the desired results, but for an inexpensive sharpener, I am pleased.
