I connot recommend Vani Devi's book enough as a wonderful resource for both yoga teachers and students. Inspiring and illustrated, they contain so many varied and creative sequences. all thoroughly tried and tested by the author and adapted for both beginners ond experienced students. There are sections on all aspects of yoga. from philosophy to cutting edge scientific research. It is an absolutely fabulous mine of information.
