Light weight. Expected heavier quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very nice, but once taken out of the box, it is very lightweight, and almost flimsy. I have used this a few times & I had to toast my bagel more than once, due to I had to flip it over because it was not toasting. I should not have to do that. My bagel was not even very thick and when I pushed the lever down, the one side of the bagel did not go down. I had to push it down myself. And it took a long time to toast on the “bagel” setting.

Perfect Fit

Great eco friendly toaster
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Willow Two Slice Toaster with Viewing Window as a courtesy to test and review. I love that this toaster is eco friendly and made with recycled products. I was a little worried about a fire because in between the heating wire elements is what appears to be paper or some kind of cardboard element but with usage I have not encountered any issues. This toaster is light and can easily be moved. It has a cancel, bagel and defrost button which is great and a dial for time 1-6. The bread evenly toasts on both sides. With my bagel this morning I did find that the timeframe/temperature may need to be increased. I love that it has a unique viewing window. Draw back is that it is only on one side.

A window¿?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well id say this is definitely different for a toaster. Not only is this toaster made from recycled materials but it has a window to see how much your toast or bagel (yes it's big enough for a bagel) has cooked. It does have a selector for the level you would like toasted and a button to actually stop the toasting and popping your product out to stop cooking. Underneath the toaster you find it handy to be able to wind you your cord for putting away after use and there is a tray underneath that slides out for crumb cleaning. Overall this is a really nice appliance to have in the kitchen. This toaster is definitely replacing the one I had.
