The light has gone out and it can’t be replaced! This is a total waste of money and disgusting waste of materials and landfill space.

We love this light. It's bright like all ott lights. We love the simplicity of this design and it seems to bridge classic and contemporary. The easy touch on off is perfect for my husband who's had a stroke. The price point is very good

Love this lamp, but since you can't change the burned-out bulb, it only lasts about a year.

So sad that the bulb went out and CANNOT be replaced, what a beautiful addition to the landfill!

If I had know lamp was not replaceable, I would not have purchased it. Now have nothing but a paper weight.

Love this light! I have a 4x6 card with the Bible verse I’m working on memorizing stuck on the arm. The adjustable light intensity is great and it’s beautiful in my loft studio.

Great lamp until bulb went bad - apparently there is no way to replace the bulb so now I need a whole new lamp (won’t be an OttLite!).

I do Have a problem with your Firm. My Wife has a lamp from you that has a bulb we have been unable to replace, it went out. The bulb # 120401, SL 20B -120 , . The we did find one but the physical size & the amount if light is much less. If not available, do you have a conversion kit for the newer bulbs. Thank You

Loved the lamp until the light went out & I learned it is not replaceable. Less than 5 years. It's a disposable lamp. Loved the look & the light it gives on my desk but wow that's a big disappointment. Won't buy another one.

I purchased two of these for my husband and me and they are perfect for reading in bed. Bonus USB port for my phone.

absolutely beautiful! had an old ottlite that is still working for desk, so wanted a good light for my den to go with casual, but more modern furniture. saw this and loved it. for a small side table in a corner. love how it can be adjusted so many ways and so many light choices. my son likes the phone charger when he visits! so not just a desk lamp anymore! only negative is head itself not as adjustable, and haven't figured out how i will change bulb. i think i will have to send whole thing back. Not a problem for a long while if old one is any indication of how great ottlites are!

I like this lamp. It gives good light. When I ordered it, it wasn't in stock, so I picked it up later. When I opened it, I was sure it wasn't the lamp I ordered. (I think I ordered a stainless one rather than gold-toned.) However, I like this one.

Great for desk or night stand. OttLite is easy on the eyes and as close as you can get to natural light.

This lamp is perfect as a chairside reading lamp, elegantly designed with remarkable flexibility for positioning exactly where you want it. The USB port and brightness control are useful features as well.

Good lucking and works well as a bed side lamp which I use when reading i bed.

This lamp is exactly what I needed for my office desk for projecting light, however I am so disappointed it will not stay in position and flops down. I normally dont buy online for this reason. I dont like to return. I would have expected better quality for the price.
