Nice idea but not for MI snow

This is for light fluffy snow only. I’ve only used it once so far and it’s better than nothing or a regular shovel. However, I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to adjust the length in the tossing the snow or if I will have to return because the one time I used it, it kept it shooting snow pellets at my neighbors’ windows
