Snow shovel is good - delivery awful. Was to. E delivered on 12/19 then said 12/21 and finally came on 12/23. Terrible because it was needed for a gift on 12/20. Done with Target after this. No one at Target could help in time either.

Battery wont charge

Packing was really good, but I tried charging the battery for 3 hours and it wouldn’t charge, so I returned it. I didn’t know how to contact customer care, so I didn’t ask for an exchange or anything. I tried to place a new order, but it is showing 129 + tax, around 150. Very disappointed.

Great Snow Blower!

We got about 6 inches of snow today and I was able to clear my driveway and sidewalk in one charge. My driveway has several bumps so sometime I would have to lift the snow blower up and over it but alot less work than using a normal shovel. I am satisfied with my purchase!

Not Brushless. Please change listing.

This is not a brushless unit! They need to change the listing. Luckily I only paid $110, which is the price of the brushed version, so it's not a massive issue. But at its current price they are charging the price of the brushless version and sending you the cheaper brushed version. Third party seller not providing accurate listing.
