Q: Is the camera waterproo. I requested info on underwater cameras and this one came up.
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Vivitar SnapShot Duo Digital Camera. That is a crucial clarification, as "Vivitar SnapShot Duo Digital Camera" is a name used for a couple of different cameras, some of which are waterproof and some of which are not. The good news is that the product most commonly associated with that name when looking for "underwater cameras" is waterproof. The key is the product description: If the product you are looking at is described as a "Waterproof Camera" with a "Dual Screen" and a specific depth rating (like 10 feet, then yes, it is waterproof. If you can confirm the exact model number (or if the description mentions 10 feet underwater), you can be confident in its water resistance. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: How quick does the camera fire once the shutter release button is pressed? How quickly does it take the photo?
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Vivitar SnapShot Duo Digital Camera. That is a common concern with compact, budget-friendly digital cameras, as they can sometimes have noticeable shutter lag. Based on the nature of the Vivitar SnapShot Duo Digital Camera (which is a basic, point-and-shoot model sold by retailers like Target and QVC), you should expect a delay between pressing the shutter button and the moment the photo is actually taken. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
