[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've honestly lost count on how many times I've purchased this shampoo. I love the hydrating line. As a person who constantly dabbles with blonding services, this helps keep my hair hydrated but also cleanses away the product I use in my hair. The conditioner is also amazing. I've started purchasing the jumbo size. I already have a back up jumbo size!

New Forumla is Terrible
We used to by this all the time, but it's changed for the worse. The new formula leaves hair with a film. I'm not sure if it's the fragrance - but it was so bad we tossed a 32 oz bottle.

The old formula was the best shampoo I've ever used for my hair and I loved the scent. The new shampoo is gunky in my hair. I cant even brush it after it is freshly washed and dried it is immediately greasy. Please bring back the old formula.

New formula (teal bottle) is awful
The old formula had aloe juice, light protiens, this one completely took that out of the formula, its thicker than the old version and left my hair feeling oily. The smell is better i will say that more of an amber smell and less citrusy.

I think they changed the formula. This dried out my hair so much it squeaked and then left my scalp itchy and flaky after first use. I've gotten this before and was fine through a whole bottle. Won't be buying again!

Horrible
This might be one of the worst shampoo & conditioners that I've used. Dish soap would be more hydrating. It completly dried out my hair and turned it into a tangled, frizzy, coarse mess. I will stick to the Ghost shampoo & conditioner - those are great.

I have the kerratin treatment and need sulphate free shampoo. A lady at Ulta recommended this! It is reasonably priced and it does give some suds. My hair looks great after using Verb!

I feel like the shampoo was overpriced. It wouldn't even lather for me and left my hair feeling so dry the bottles feel like they're half empty as well. I would not buy this again.

NEW FORMULA HORRIBLE
I used to absolutely love this product and it was the perfect one after searching for years. This new one leaves my hair greasy and frizzy all the time and the smell got much worse. So disappointed they changed the formula, my hair used to be soft and smooth, and now can't even go 2 days without my hair getting oily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite shampoo I have found by far! Creates a good lather, smells so good, and doesn't leave my hair feeling dry or greasy. I usually have to switch shampoos due to buildup after using for so long, but I haven't had that issue with the hydrate shampoo and conditioner. On my 3rd bottle!
