Vega - Shake Mix Organic French Vanilla - Pack of 10 - 1.4 OZ

I have yet to find the perfect meal replacer, but this one comes close. I like the lower Vit A (synthetic vit a can contribute to lung diseases) but what happened to the selenium? I don't see any and it used to have it. Selenium is important and especially for those with thyroid disease. It has a good balance of plant based foods without adding a lot herbs people might react to and a ton of goitrogenic foods which so many other powders do...another bad mix for thyroid disease. For those who say it is chalky or bad...this is the case with a lot of nutritional powder mixes unless the are full of gums and sweeteners. If you add a banana or avocado with some yogut is is creamy. Overall it is a good shake and I hope you continue to offer the unflavored version, and I'd love to see selenium added back!

I drink a french vanilla organic all-in-one shake every day for lunch after I exercise. With half a banana and frozen berries in a blender, it makes a delicious frozen beverage full of nutrients. I t fills me up for a few hours, replenishes my body and makes me feel healthy and energetic!

We use Vega for breakfast each morning. Vega, almond milk, banana and strawberries. Makes a great shake

I like the Vega One organic all in one shake. I give it four stars only because of the price... too expensive. Hopefully I can continue to afford it.

I have this daily. This is how I start the day, it's a good no-thinking way to get protein and greens and the things your body needs in you before your brain even wakes up. I recommend it to anyone and cant be more pleased with the taste and ingredients.

This is lower carb than my fav All in One, and has more for recovery. I drink one daily to meet my protein goals.

Says it is a shake. It is a powder. Also doesn't taste very good.

Put a scoop full in 8 oz. Vanilla unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp. Truvia, small handful of frozen raspberries, 1 tsp. Cacao powder and crushed ice. Delicious.

I love this product! It is delicious, organic and has everything and more that you would want in a shake!

I buy the all in one shakes for myself and my husband. We both need the protein and we add fruit and other things to the mix. Have a shake every afternoon, varying the flavors.

I am active and use Vega One to daily supplement my protein intake. I love the flavor and is it as a quick shake, smoothies and in recipes.

I am using this product in smoothies. The taste is great and I like getting so many good things along with protein.

The Chocolate flavor is The One. It's got everything I want, and it tastes amazing. I've bought more tubs of this stuff than I can even believe. I just bought the largest possible tub, and I KNOW I'm gonna go through it all easily. Sometimes I add a little instant coffee to it.

I started using Vega One All In One Shake at the suggestion of my PT when I was diagnosed with pre diabetes. Not only did it help me control my blood sugar as part of a daily regime and new diet but also helped me lose about 30 lbs. I continue to use it to maintain a healthy process as I move into retirement.

I love vega products, especially this one since I know i dont keep track of my fruit and veggie intake daily. this takes care of everything in one shot!

I love it it. It tastes great. None of that protein powder taste some have. Pour it in almond milk and shake. Lunch on the go.

I really like the Berry flavor but am disappointed it is hard to find in stores. Hopefully that will change soon.

I really like this product. I use it in the morning if I don't have time to sit down for breakfast. I add almond milk, nonfat yogurt, a tablespoon of flax seed, a large handful of berries and I'm off to a good start. I'm disappointed by the significant price increase.
