🚫 Bad Experience with Target… But the Bike Was Excellent! 🚴‍♂️

⭐ Target – 1 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Bike – 5 Stars The bike itself is fantastic — solid build, smooth ride, definitely worth 5 stars. But Target’s service? Terrible. I was promised 3-day delivery, so I planned a weekend trip with friends. Even with a 2-day buffer, the bike still didn’t arrive. It hadn’t even shipped by the delivery date. Every day, customer service told me “wait until tomorrow.” That went on for a week. Finally, a supervisor admitted the delivery estimate was not guaranteed and they had no idea when it would ship. I wasn’t allowed to cancel the order, and all I got was a $25 gift card. If you’re in a rush or buying something important, don’t order from Target’s website. Buy directly from the brand for better reliability.
