No more Christmas shopping with Target again!
Tried canceling through the app but Target wouldn’t let me. Called customer service five times over several days and still couldn’t cancel received conflicting information. Finally arrived at my house which I tried to avoid happening. My child saw and it caused issues because then he thought he was getting for Christmas which he wasn’t. Had to lug to store to return and was large and heavy. Advertised as for ages 14+ but not true. Box says 8+! Came with a beat up box full of holes. Store manager unsympathetic. Was big fiasco and inconvenience. Still haven’t seen my return credited yet either. Won’t buy Christmas gifts from Target again online!!!

The 90 day warranty is a joke. This thing quit holding a charge within 6 months. My five year old didn’t even get a full year of riding this before we had to chuck it. Just get a gas powered one and be done with it.

Battery needs to last longer, bike needs to be bigger
I have an average size 8 year old and his legs are long for this bike. I honestly don't see how they say this is for 13 years and up. There is no way a 13 year old is going to fit on this bike. It is so small. I first ordered the 125 which said for 8 and up and it was tiny. This one is not much bigger. It's heavier, but not bigger and the battery only lasts for about 30 minutes. We have electrical cars, and the best the could do for this was a battery life, fully charged, of 30 minutes? I don't think I would buy again, but my son likes it for now.

Didn’t even last a year (and it was used maybe once a month). Never took it off road. Charges but the wheels don’t move. Warranty only covers first 90 days.

Didnt last. Waste of money.
Out of the box it worked fine. About a month in, stopped working. The control panel melted.. we ordered a new one and replaced. Worked great for a couple months. Only used once/twice a week. Then stopped working again.. My husband took apart and re-wired the bike. (Thank goodness he was skilled to do so) Now 9 months in its dead. Not worth putting more time and money into. Spent a little money elsewhere because this thing is going to cost you money, time and headache before it turns into crap headed for the landfill. We bought it for our 4 almost 5 year old and it was a good fit. It it wasn’t fully charged he said it was too slow.

Battery only runs for 30-45 minutes depending on terrain. At first I thought it was damaged but after I read the instructions I realized that was the correct running time :( . Too small for kids 10 and up. My daughter's Razor Mopped Runs faster and the battery lasts way longer.
