[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is the best eyeliner that you can buy. It glides on so easily. You can create a perfect winged look. It lasts all day and it does not smudge. It is a beautiful black color. It has an amazing value because it lasts a very long time. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Honestly speaking didn't have much expectations here but the eyeliner worked very well. Most eyeliners don't glide very well but this does the job smoothly. I used it on my waterline as well on the lid and smudged it. beautiful outcome!! Wore it for the whole day at work and it stayed put!!! Comfortable size to work with and is easily removable with a makeup remover.

Stands up to the waterproof test
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I wore this for my grandmas funeral and let me tell you it is actually waterproof! I cried a lot and this eyeliner stayed extremely black and didn't budge. It was easy to put in and get a solid wing but didn't smudge throughout the day at all, comfortable and wearable.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] this is a great and easy to use eyeliner for your waterline. it was very pigmented on the first glide and easily applied. it also does not irritate my eyes or make my eyes water when its on. it is not scented and feels light weight, like im not wearing any eyeliner. it does wear off after a while of use, but i find thats true with any eyeliner i put in my waterline.

Decent liner
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Glides smoothly with the ability to smudge if desired for a little bit after application. Legend is a rich black that doesn't take a ton of building up. Was able to stay on my upper tight line well for several hours. Unfortunately it didn't last well on my waterline. Though I have yet to find anything besides certain gel liners able to do so. It faded first on the outer third of my waterline pretty quickly after initial application and the majority faded over the next several hours. No noticeable transfer or smudging.

The application is smooth and very pigmented! The tip of the pencil is a little rounder but it is surprisingly a precise and smooth application!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have sensitive eyes but this did not irritate them. It's a bit difficult to apply and not super pigmented but it gets its job done. Good for everyday wear. The bottom of the pencil did break right away though.

I was looking for a different colored eye liner and this totally fit the bill. I got the deep purple shade to complement my brown eyes. It was beautifully subtle, enhancing without being too obvious. It also goes on easily. I'm not that great at applying eyeliner, but this worked for me.
