A: No, it doesn't work anywhere - it is hard and waxy and impossible to apply. Save your money, it would be better to spend a little more than to buy this which I threw directly in the garbage

I hate the new formula
I have been a loyal Colorstay eyeliner user for years, but this new formula is terrible. It's nearly impossible to put it on without it looking too heavy, no matter which color I try. Even if I manage to make it look like I'm not purposely applying my eyeliner with an unsharpened black crayon (and I don't ever use black eyeliner), it makes my eyelids oily and does not stay put underneath my eye like the old formula did. Now I'm on the hunt for new eyeliner. I'm very disappointed.

I like the creamy formula of the brown and blackest black colors. I typically use this eyeliner for my waterline, but you can also smudge it along your upper lash line. It is relatively long lasting and comes off with micellar water.

Ok, Not a Favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eyeliner pencil is okay, but it has some drawbacks. On the plus side, it glides on smoothly when new, and the ColorStay formula does help it last for a decent amount of time. However, as it wears down, it can feel a bit waxy or dry, making it harder to draw a sharp line. The pigment is decent but not super bold compared to other high-end eyeliners. Also, it needs frequent sharpening, which gets annoying. It’s a solid budget option, but not my favorite.
