For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Love the color, size, and length. But unless u want string pieces from this rug, all over the house, skip it. I just purchased it 1 week ago and everyday there are pieces of the rug all over. Now its opened and a hassle to return. So just threw away almost $200.

A very nice quality shag rug.
This is a lovely rug. The shag pile is medium in fineness (it isn't ultra plush) but it is very nice quality. The pictures online showed a more greenish blue hue (which is what I wanted). However it was more blue gray in person, so I ended up returning the rug.
