Password did not work

I didn't realize it was refurbished and had no luck installing this router. Tried several ways but nothing worked. I'll go with a new one next time.

In your case, we first recommend performing a factory reset on the router by pressing and holding the reset button for at least 10 seconds while the router is powered on. Then, use the included Quick Installation Guide and/or Tether app on your smartphone to set up and manage the router. Additionally, we suggest installing the latest firmware.
