Q: I bought the Frozen IIAnnie Tonie figurine, but have the Tonie Frozen I Tonie box. Will I be able to use this where I don't have the Frozen 2 box?

A: Hi yes! Tonies are compatible with all Tonieboxes. To play the Tonie, the Toniebox has to be connected to Wifi for the first download, once the content is downloaded to the box, the Toniebox no longer needs the Wifi connection.

Not Original Disney Songs
Rip off. For the price, this should have included Disney’s original songs/voices. Tonies should have paid Disney for the full licensing. To make this right, Tonies should issue a software update so that the figurine will load and play the original Disney songs next time it is connected to the internet. Existing costumers shouldn’t have to pay more to receive what should have been included in the first place. Seriously… does brand loyalty and costumer satisfaction not mean anything to Tonies?

Give us the original songs please...
I knew it didn’t have original songs when purchasing but thought maybe we could look past it. Tried so hard to love this one because we love Frozen, but it’s impossible to look past the songs for us. It’d be amazing to see Tonies push out an update to these with the original songs (especially since the price is about to increase). Until then, this will be a return for me.
