I got this tonie with our box. I would not have chosen this for my daughter because she has never watched the movie. However, it is the end all, be all tonie of her choice! She uses it all day and night long!

Not elsa
This tonie is a re-record of the songs and does not have original singers. Thankfully I was testing the box to have it set up for Christmas Day and discovered this before my four year old did. Returning and getting a different tonie. The re-recorded songs are not nearly as good and the voices are totally different. Huge disappointment

Inappropriate and bad singing
Singer sounds like she has a stuffy nose and they also say Hans wanted to “kill” Elsa. Not sure why they have to say Kill on a kids or toddler Tonie

Singer had a cold
I don't mind that they recorded these songs with singers other than the original, but the one who is singing the First Time song clearly had a cold when they recorded. You can tell she's a trained professional singer, but there's only so much she can do with a serious cold and it doesn't sound as good as it should for the price. Not up to standards.

It does NOT sound like the characters at all. Upsetting since my toddler was super unimpressed and refused to listen as if this Elsa character was an IMPOSTER 😂 waste of $20

We LOVE Elsa and really enjoy the songs and stories. We miss the original voices, but it’s not a deterrent for my kids who love everything Frozen.

Great tonie, different voices than original
Daughter 4-year-old plays this on repeat. Loves the songs and the story summary. Be advised that the voices are NOT the original, but my daughter doesn't seem to care at all.

Not Original Disney Songs
Rip off. For the price, this should have included Disney’s original songs/voices. Tonies should have paid Disney for the full licensing. To make this right, Tonies should issue a software update so that the figurine will load and play the original Disney songs next time it is connected to the internet. Existing costumers shouldn’t have to pay more to receive what should have been included in the first place. Seriously… does brand loyalty and costumer satisfaction not mean anything to Tonies?

Baaaaad singing
Woah. The singer(s) is like nails on a chalkboard. I could sing better than this... and that's sad because I'm not a good singer. My 6 year old even noticed, "Why does Elsa not sound good?" I had to joke "Maybe she has a cold." (Har har.) Awful.

We love the song and story
The kids love it but I took off a star because it doesn’t seem as loud as some of the other tonies. My kids constantly try to turn up the volume with this one and I feel like some of the other tonies go way louder
