submitted byNB1961 - 3 years agoA: This is an excellent question. Washing machines have different capacities that may affect load sizes. We recommend you first check the manual for your machine. In the meantime, when a washing machine drum is around half full, you have a medium or regular wash load. For a large load, the machine will be about three quarters of the way full and for an extra large load, fill the drum. A: [10:09 AM] West, Matthew Carcinogen is not intentionally added ingredient in any of P&G’s products. Because arsenic is in the naturally occurring in the environment, arsenic is found in trace amounts widely across many products such as food and cleaning products. The results shared by CR are very low, safe levels, well below any established safety limits for a cleaning product.

I love the product its the best one for my daughters sensitive skin but this last batch I bought is not doing so well the pacs don't dissolve properly they are getting all over my clothes and blankets having to rewash never had this problem before what is going on!

Free and Gentle is my favorite Tide, I have purchased it several times. It has a light fragrance, not over powering and still gets rid of stains better than any other brand. Several family members have eczema and have said they notice a difference between this and Tide Original.

Not dissolving completely in cold wash
Not sure what is happening with the pods ,,, i used these washing in cold and the pods are not completely dissolving causing an odd stickiness on some clothing. Had to wash 2 x in hot to finally see it gone. Hated wshing my dark clothing in hot but felt it was the only way to get it out.I am usually a faithful TIDE customer so this is concerning.

Tide products undergo thorough testing to make sure they work effectively and get your fabrics clean as intended, so this certainly isn't the experience we want or expect you to have with Tide. If the PODS™ aren't dissolving as they should, this is typically due to incorrect dispensing, so be sure to refer to the pack instructions for each load and always place the Pod in the back of the drum before the garments for best results. Additionally, make sure not to add too many really absorbent clothes in the same load as that can soak up most of the water which will prevent the washing solution from circulating freely. To get any excess detergent out of your clothing, try soaking them overnight in warm water. Then the next morning, rewash the clothes on the hottest temperature permitted by the items care label with no laundry detergent.
