He traveled about 50 countries such as Austria, Korea, Australia, China, Fiji, and was a serious debater on a variety of topics at the University of Hawaii as well as at the business school at Willamette University and wrote a book in the mid 1970's on the abortion issue, giving a strong pro-life perspective.
