The size is good, however you may want to get their firm version if you want more support as this one collapses quite a bit.

Great Lumbar Roll

I have tried many lumbar rolls, seat cushions. I even showed my physical therapists. This lumbar is the best. Just plant your assets to the back of the chair, place this roll above your buttocks and your spine is aligned. Other custions had my posture pushed forward. This is the best lumbar roll to help me sit straight with a better posture. The other thing is make sure your PC (screen) is eye level and not down on a table. Hold your cell phone higher (eye level) to view. Or use a cell phone mount and riser or adjustable shelf for Face time calls or video calls.
