Description

The Original McKenzie® Cervical Roll™ provides cervical spine support while promoting natural sleeping habits on the side or back. More affordable than an elaborate cervical pillow and more comfortable than a restrictive cervical collar, this support roll is designed to be placed inside the pillowcase and is compatible with most conventional pillows. The cervical roll measures 20" long x 3½" diameter and is constructed of low density foam with a removable cotton/polyester cover that can be hand washed with mild soap and water. Made in the USA.

Great cervical roll.

I sleep with this cervical roll on top of my pillow. I get a better nights rest with it. I take it with me when I travel. It helps to keep my neck align while I sleep. You will see the difference. Don't forget to do your neck excercises with the stretch bands. Place towel behind neck, use both hands to hold and gently rock your head backwards very slowly like a rocking chair. Hold hand towel with both hands. Left hand hold straight out 180, take right hand with hand towel to cheek and slowly stretch head to the left. Repeat 10x and switch to the left hand pulling left check to the right. You should stretch your neck (left to right with hand towel). Consult with your PT/Dr.
