I wondered if it was my water quality, so I bought a really nice water filter... no change. Last week my hairdresser said that I should look into changes in their formula, and what do you know, they changed it along with their rebrand last year. Very disappointed, and sad to know that paul mitchell has cheapened my favorite product :( will be looking for a new one as soon as I run out.

I've been using this product for years. Lately, the conditioner feels watered-down. I'm very disappointed. I LOVE Paul Mitchell products and use several of them exclusively. I pray they return to an older formula that isn't watered down. I also pray they don't start watering all of their products down. Stay classy, Paul Mitchell!!

My only complaint about this product is the price. It’s so good!! It’s the only conditioner that works for my very curly hair. Every few years, I’ll try a cheaper brand, and it’s just a mess… I always return back to this!!

My family can't stand to hug me. It smells like imitation fresh grass scent. I didn't totally hate it at first, but when separate people made comments about how unpleasant my hair now smells, I knew they couldn't all be wrong. It aggravated my son's asthma. It's very potent!! Way too expensive to walk around smelling like a chemical lab

Need Hair to look / feel thicker and softer ....
This Lavendar Mint Conditioner is perfect ... not greasy feeling. This order was actually for a friend, whose hair has been looking thinner, however, along with the Tea Tree Shampoo has made a very noticeable / significant difference in the fullness / softness of the hair.
