Absorbency is the best.
Love the plastic design; gives easier insertion. Great absorption for the heavy days. Durability of the push plug is also a plus as the tampon doesn’t get stuck inside when being pulled out.

Comfortable and easy to use. They are great for a heavy slow but be sure to insert correctly. If it is not inserted just right then the tampon will not soak up all of the blood and some will leak out.

Tampax Pearl
Tampax Pearl Super Plus has become one of my go-to products for heavy flow days. The absorbency is strong and reliable — it gives me that security I need when my cycle is at its heaviest. I really like the smooth applicator too; it makes insertion easy and comfortable, even when I’m in a rush. What I appreciate most is the leak protection. When it’s in correctly, it stays in place and holds up well through work, errands, and moving around. I also like that it’s unscented, so it doesn’t irritate or feel harsh. The only downside for me is that on extremely heavy days, I still have to check it a bit sooner than I’d like. But overall, it’s dependable, comfortable, and definitely one of the better options for heavy flow.

The individual packages don’t open, and have to be torn apart. Upon using - I’ve noticed them falling apart ?! DANGEROUS!

All Tampons contain chemicals, do better.
I used to like these and I appreciate the cardboard much more than plastic however upon learning about the chemicals in most tampons I’ve stopped using them.

Reliable, comfortable protection for all flow leve
I really like the Tampax Pearl Trio Pack because it gives me options for different flow days without needing multiple boxes.
