It feels sturdy and well made, heats evenly, and works great for everyday cooking like eggs, sautéed veggies, or small portions of meat. The size is perfect when you don’t want to pull out a large pan, and the stainless steel interior gives it a clean, professional feel. The handle is comfortable to hold and stays cool while cooking, which is a big plus. Cleanup is easy as long as you use proper heat and a little oil, as expected with stainless steel. The pan seems very well made and sits nice and evenly on the surface. The finish is beautiful and it is a pan I am proud to use as it doesn’t have the nonstick coating. It is very stylish looking.

As a user of stainless steel pans for the past 10 years, I found that this pan did not do a good job evenly controlling the heat on my gas stove. As you can see in the picture of me cooking an egg the temperature was so uncontrolled that the egg yolk broke on its own while I have moved away from using stainless steel pans to the hybrid hex clad pans this reminds me of why I would not go back.

Didn't make it through one meal without burning terribly. This thing can't take heat of any kind.

However, the food that I attempted to cook in the pan kept sticking to the pan. The handle is nice tough. To maintain the pot you have to condition it way too much. It heat disturbation is good.

Cleaning is easy unless you burn stuff. The handle offers a great grip and the size makes it easy to hold.

Cooks meals very well and easy to clean. The plastic handles make it easy to maneuver and open the glass lid when needed. Would purchase additional pots from this line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So they look pretty when you first get them but they do not stay that way. Even after trying to revive them using Bar Keepers Friend. They just don’t clean as well as my other stainless steel pans do. The handles are sturdy and the heat distribution is fair but even cooking some of my regular dishes on medium low to medium heat, it burnt up more than usual. If you want to cook with stainless steel, I recommend to spurge on All-Clad. The price is great but the value is not. I think you can find better options out there.
