Great Product Better than Advertised

it shows in how easy it is to assemble I was surprised at how light weight it was and quickly cranked off a set of pull ups. Now my children are on it and posting their results in family chat. Fun!!

Great multifunctional piece of exercise equipment!

very sturdy when installed properly. Ended up buying my own lag bolts to install into the studs in my garage. Love the versatility of being able to do multiple exercises, Well worth it!

comfortable, and multi functional system

I installed it on drywall using a 1in x 6in x 6ft pine board cut in half to give 3ft runners between each side of the bar and the wall studs. 3 1/2in, 3/8 lag bolts on each runner, the top 4 also going through the hangers. This combination gave just enough room to operate the system as a pull up bar and dip station when on the lower hanger . The system is comfortable to use, and I really like the multiple functions, including hanging resistance bands or a TRX from the top.

Quality Product and Complete Workout!

After doing a ton of research I decided to go wall mounted just for a cleaner look My garage is drywall so after finding studs I used 5 1' x 12' solid pine stair treads and bolted them to the studs through the wall with 4 3 1/2' lag bolts per board. Got all the bolts at Lowe's for $25. It comes with concrete bolts so I just threw those out. The device itself is super easy to assemble Pads are soft and grips are comfortable!

Great home gym addition!

I decided to do a kick plate on the entire wall but turned out great. Its super easy to assemble and is very sturdy! If i was installing it on a sturdy wall i would have had it installed in an hour!

Useful new piece for our home gym

Installed on drywall over added 1/2' plywood first bolted in several places to wall on studs. Easy to change positions for different pull ups. Glad we chose this one!

easy to switch from pull ups to dips

This was what I was hoping it would be! yet light enough that it's easy to switch from pull ups to dips. It's definitely a step up from most 'consumer home gym' equipment, Easy enough to set up. I bolted the hangers to wood boards drilled into wall studs. This isn't described in the manual , but it was easy enough to figure out, and it feels solid. Very happy with this purchase!

The wall we were mounting it on was drywall so we first mounted 4 24inch 2x8's to the studs in the wall It's super sturdy and holds my husband perfectly . Really love this piece of equipment! It's so functional and made really well!!

For Concrete/Cinder Blocks use 3 inch TAPCON or SPAX screws

Installed this in a concrete The hardware that comes with this unit is meant for solid brick or solid concrete. Recommend using TAPCON 1/4 inch thick, for installation into cinder block. However, washers and nuts for assembly are very good. Had no issues with those. For installation into wood, use wood lags and make sure you hit the stud.
