Cut into quarters
These tablets are good for cutting and making a smaller dose. Even 30 mg a day can unbalance your copper/zinc ratio. 250 tabs lasts forever when you cut them into quarters with a single edge razor and take 15 mg a day (2 quarters morning and evening).

Since you were out of SW206 the 50mg amount I took SW203 which is only 30mg. I do not like to have to take 2. I have left notice with you to tell me when SW206 comes in. Doris Keen

Great Product
My doctor requested that I take zinc gluconate 30mg to increase my body’s zinc level. I have been taking this product for a year and it has increased my zinc level . It is very hard to find this product in my area and I was so happy to find it on line. This is a wonderful product and I would definitely recommend it.
