Game changer - easy to adjust dose
Game changer for me. I seem chronically deficient of Mg. I have taken many forms but taking this one at 800-1400mg/day has finally made a big difference for me. The dose makes all the difference for me. I take 1 with breakfast and 3 with dinner. I add 1-2 extra on days when I have consumed a lot of calcium/dairy or feel run down. I like the 200mg dosage because I can customize it daily as needed. Great for elimination, energy, sleep, and overall health. Hoping it helps my bone density.

They work fine as far as magnesium goes, but…
The magnesium works fine for a more restful better night’s sleep & in helping the bowels move, but the big bottle of 500 capsules came covered in a substantial amount of sticky chalk, I assume from capsules breaking open, but I’m unsure, as well as the capsules sticking together in 5 or 6 at a time as though they were somehow wet & when I try to separate them they break open, I had to add about 10 silica dry packs I had on hand to the bottle to prevent them from clumping together in bunches, it’s very inconvenient & rather messy!

No stomach discomfort
Best form of magnesium that doesn't cause any stomach issues. I was taking Magnesium Citrate; but, read where it can cause intestinal discomfort & I switched.

Magnesium is necessary for many bodily functions, even your heart beat. Tests show 80% of Americans are deficient in magnesium. You would be wise to start taking magnesium immediately.
I like the oxide form of magnesium because I believe it has less man made chemicals in it than the other forms. It also supplies the necessary milligrams with fewer pills. As for health benefits, it has cured my muscle cramps. I took four pills a day in order to overcome my deficiency of magnesium. When the muscle cramps stopped, I reduced the dosage to two pills a day as a maintenance dosage. Those that don't ear healthy should take three pills daily for a maintenance dosage.

No more restless leg!
I take one magnesium capsule every night. I've had a problem with restless leg, and if I don't take the magnesium, I'm sure to get an episode that night. It stops it! I also am pleased that it helps leg cramps at night. Good stuff!

Quit spam emailing me to review this product!
It is a bottle of nutritional supplement capsules. It doesn't sing or dance or do anything. It came sealed/unopened and I assume there are the correct number of capsules in the bottle. My order arrived in an average, acceptable (not fast, not delayed) amount of time. I haven't been taking this long enough to really notice any difference, if I would actually ever notice any difference. There is nothing to 'review' but you keep sending me emails every couple days asking for a review, so: The ordering experience was average. The delivery was average. The spam emails are ridiculous.

Love this magnesium!
I have been taking the Swanson brand of magnesium for years. I don't think I get enough in the foods I eat, so taking extra is a good option for me.
