Definitely effective
This is extremely effective for such a cheap little supplement. It definitely supports the liver and helps with mthfr issues. However, it started to make my hair fall out after a while so I'm on a break from the TMG for a few months at least. I believe that it does increase testosterone or lowers estrogen

I have “felt” anything, but I know it is good for inflammation I haven’t “felt” anything, but I know it helps a lot for homocysteine levels

Capsule absorbs humidity
Satisfied with the price. Very reasonable compared to other sources. The capsules turn in to a jelly like mass when the humidity is high as it is here in Northern Wisconsin during the summer.

Great Product
I have tried a number of products over the years, but this is one of the best. Some sites recommend a large dosage but one in the morning with my multi-vitamin and one in the afternoon with the Swanson B complex supplement is all I need. For me, there has been great improvements in well being, clearness of mind, my body feels more solid, I sleep better and much more. I began to feel the effects the first day, but after a few weeks my overall well being continued to improve. Perhaps its just me and this is the stuff my body needed and was lacking. I have tried other products but this is the right one for me. Its so affordably priced. Give it a try. It is the one I was looking for and will be taking forever.

Always a good one to take

Daily Ritual

Helps with energy.
I have used DMG for over a year, because it seemed to help with avoiding exhaustion in the evening. I figure that with all the toxins in our environment, why not help the liver detoxify these pollutants?

Why pay more?
After trying Swanson TMG for the first time, I am very happy to say I will be using this product going forward. I currently use SAM-e 400mg. and have been completely satisfied. However, the SAM-e is considerably more expensive to use than TMG, which is the precursor to SAM-e. My body is able to convert the TMG to SAM-e with no loss of effectiveness. Therefore I will be buying only TMG in the future.
